The three houses are located in Contrada Pozzo Monaco, 1km from the centre and 2km from Guitgia beach.

House Annina

Casa Annina is a small three-room apartment ideal for couples and families with one child. The large private courtyard is equipped for plenty of barbecues!

It features a double bedroom and a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a TV, a large furnished veranda, a barbecue, and air conditioning.

House Oriana 1 and 2

Two new, adjacent, mirror-image two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is furnished identically and comprises a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, TV, small furnished veranda, barbecue, air conditioning, and a shared outdoor spiral bathroom.
