The Residence al Paradiso is a new structure made up of 8 small independent villas immersed in the greenery of its own garden. They can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The villas are composed of an entrance-living room with equipped kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom (also sofa bed in the living area for the villas for 3 and 4 people) and a beautiful veranda surrounded by greenery equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower.

The Residence has parking available for guests.

Located 1km from the town centre, a few steps from the beaches of Cala Madonna and Cala Croce, on the road that connects the town to the Spiaggia dei Conigli, in two minutes you will also reach the beach of Guitgia.

The Cala Croce residence is located 400 meters from the Cala Croce beach. Excellently finished, all the accommodations are adjacent to each other although independent, each of them has its own veranda furnished with table and chairs. Equipped with an equipped and equipped kitchenette. The bedrooms are welcoming and have air conditioning, a safe and a TV. The structure is also equipped with a courtesy room.

Cottages Averna are located on the road that leads to the famous beach of Isola dei Conigli, immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquility with a splendid view of the south side of the island. All the cottages are furnished in a rustic AND ESSENTIAL style, have an independent equipped veranda which faces the large shared outdoor spaces, enriched with trees, plants and flower beds, with a wonderful panoramic view.

They consist of two-room apartments – with a living area (where it is possible to add a third bed) which gives access to the sleeping area – and three-room apartments with two bedrooms (double or twin beds), living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, TV, air conditioning. Barbecue areas in common among the guests of the structure.

The Michela complex consists of 3 adjacent but independent apartments. Two large two-room apartments that can both accommodate up to 3 people and 1 comfortable three-room apartment for 4 people.

Located 400 meters from the main road leading to the beaches, via Madonna, (no sea view) in a very nice and familiar private setting with large barbecues, outdoor showers (in addition to the private one) available to guests. In the fantastic large veranda it is possible to organize barbecues with the catch of the day which you can buy directly from the owner, a great fisherman also available for fishing trips.

The residence is 1.5 km from the town centre, in the inner part of the island, exactly halfway to the famous Rabbit beach.

The Residence Mimma is made up of 5 very nice apartments, all on the ground floor, located in the Pozzo Monaco area, 500 meters from the town center and about 1km from the Guitgia beach.

The area is quiet and breezy. The structure is suitable for families with children due to the large common area and above all due to the fact that vehicles cannot pass through.

Also ideal for large groups who wish to face the summer evenings with splendid barbecues!

The Residence is built in terraces, some lodgings with a veranda overlooking the sea. Located in Cala Croce, an enchanting inlet with a sandy beach and a very short distance from the Guitgia beach.

The apartments are harmoniously linked to each other but completely independent. They are tastefully furnished, each apartment has a double bedroom, equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, external veranda equipped with table and chairs. Two-room apartments with third bed available.

The environment offers a particularly pleasant and familiar stay. The common areas are equipped with tables, deck chairs, solarium, hammocks, barbecue and outdoor showers.
